Diversagility
This course is an engaging simulation that explores individual preferences and enables employees to build deep competencies in working with and recognizing the diversity of their coworkers. It also utilizes a range of interactive questions and workplace scenario-based exercises. This course is designed like a game to interact with participants and create interest. The game board is set up so that participants move around the three levels and increase their level of understanding of preferences with each move. Advancement to the next level is not possible, unless each individual reaches a minimum score and contributes to a minimum group score. This guarantees that learning will occur.Objectives:
- Show increased respect and awareness for other people's preferences
- Adjust personal behavior to accommodate other people's preferences in any environment, including at work, home, school, civic organizations, community, etc.
- Positively impact the satisfaction levels of customers by adapting behaviors to make customers feel "well served"
- Increased understanding of differences in preferences and cultural values
- Increased desire to align vision with corporate culture despite preference differences
- Increased satisfaction of employees with the company's efforts to build teamwork and bridge preference gaps

- Detail the core values associate with each generation
- Understand how the values play outcome to life in the workplace
