Internship Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Intern will be responsible for supporting Assistant Vice Presidents, and/or Managing Partners in various e-learning projects. Responsibilities consist of working with team members to meet and exceed internal needs. The project teams may vary in size, skill level, and areas of expertise.

Essential Functions:

Support all phases of e-learning project lifecycle including instructional design, prototyping, quality control, reviews, delivery and deployment.
  • Assist in the customer support of existing e-learning clients.
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation, presentations and web sites supporting our e-learning efforts for internal and external purposes including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, how-to guides, course overviews and related material.
  • Supporting research and development of new e-learning courses through rapid prototyping, storyboarding, content research, competitive analysis and related tasks.
  • Assist in administration of client facing learning management system.
  • Support e-learning demonstrations for prospective clients.

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of e-learning technologies and methodologies such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), Flash and Instructional Design
  • Working knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML and FTP
  • Must be reliable and a team player
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess problem solving, analytical thinking, and project leadership skills
  • Detail and big picture-orientation
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Self motivated with a positive attitude

Desired educational level: Senior Undergraduate or Graduate
Hours per Week: 14+
Days per Week: 2 - 5
