Founded in 1979, Global Lead is a full-service, international management consulting, training and education firm providing leading-edge consulting services, training programs and products that allows individuals and organizations to leverage diversity, practice inclusion and achieve their maximum productivity and probability.

Global Lead’s 27 years of success and longevity are founded on a tradition of strong partnership relationships with clients. We strive to meet clients “where they are” by partnering with them in order to understand their goals, expectations, needs and culture of the organization and the individuals so viable solutions can be created that will help them excel in a dynamic economy. In 2005, Global Lead provided services to over 100 separate businesses and organizations in with 70% of the revenue coming from accounts where we have enjoyed sustained relationships for as long as 15 years.

Overview of Global Lead Interactive

Global Lead Interactive, the e-learning division of Global Lead, was created in 2002 in order to effectively meet people “wherever they are” on their journey to diversity and inclusion and help them to higher levels through innovative and engaging e-learning solutions.

Our award-winning, breakthrough course on diversity awareness, Dialogue on Diversity, was our first e-learning course. Since its release we have reach nearly 1.5 million learners with our e-learning solutions and have established ourselves as the driving force in diversity and inclusion online solutions.

GLI has continuously created ground-breaking, highly interactive and provocative technology based tools that are defining new methods for diversity and inclusion training.
